I’m sure by now you all know about this dude in Greensburg that is selling himself and his house on the internet. Granted he is doing this for his charity he says, but the whole thing just rubs me the wrong way. I just don’t know.
His goal is to marry a compatible woman who will also agree to buy his townhouse.
Miller said the Web site has generated more than one million visitors and 300 emails. More than 110 of the emails were from women who expressed an interest in dating, but none also want to buy the townhouse, he said.
Yesterday was to be the last day Miller would accept applications from interested women, but he said he has decided to extend the deadline.
1. Isn’t it just a wee bit creep-pee (you gotta say it like that) that he won’t date any of the ladies that express interest in him unless they agree to buy the townhouse? Applications? Deadlines? It just feels very … what’s the word? Chauvinistic? Arrogant? Creep-pee?
2. If he marries a woman and she buys the townhouse, will she have to get the townhouse in her name alone and live there all by herself while her husband lives somewhere else? Or does she buy the town house, resell it, and then go live with her asshole husband some other place?
3. He ain’t that hot. I’m pretty sure his real name is Alex Trebek.
4. I bet if he would have gotten a real estate agent and just took to meeting women like sane men do, he’d have sold the damn thing by now.
Maybe I’m just being mean.
