Dear Weather Gods,

Had I known you all respond more favorably to angry lashing out, I would have resorted to it a long time ago, rather than my usual sending up of “please with a cherry on top I’ll do anything you want me to” thoughts.

This is lovely. Really awesome of you.

But please be warned that if you in any way attempt to alter this weekend’s forecast away from what it currently is, that it will be brought and it will be brought in a way it has never been brought to you before.

Peace and sunshine and relative low humidity,

*Woot* The Jam on Walnut won’t be rained out! Now I can get drunk with a few hundred college kids mixed in with young professionals that own BMW’s but not houses…

Why does Friday have to screw up the pattern of 86/69 – geez, the nerve on some of these days!
Also, there better not be any mittened clouds when the Spin Doctors play on Saturday – that would really jam me up while I’m sipping mojitos on the hood of my 325i…

I should probably note that I do have a BMW and just got a house two years ago. So Um… Yeah.. I was also making fun of myself.

But at least when I got the house I traded the 330 Covertable for an X5 so while you sip mojito’s I’ll have enough room for YuppieCon ’06. Just don’t still the wine on the leather.

I am not responsible for what may happen to the wine/mojitos once “Little Miss Can’t Be Wrong” starts rockin’…but no worries, there’s a Pottery Barn nearby with designer towels you could use to clean up any Shiraz spillage…

I remember the Spin Doctors opened for the Rolling Stones during their Voodoo Lounge tour … some people actually brought their copy of Cleopatra’s Cat to throw back at them, frisbee-style, while they were onstage doing cartwheels …
