Burghers? Are you aware that for the low low cost of only $100 per person, you could be on hand to personally witness the first ever Dancing with the Pittsburgh Stars?
Be forewarned though that by “stars” they mean Peggy Finnegan, Demetrius Ivory, Keith Jones, and State Rep. Jane Orie, among others that don’t really register on PittGirl’s Fame-o-meter.
Since it is for charity, we should not snark on it. But come on, the chance to see Jane Orie try to sex up a tango with angry faces?
Oh, and please click here. In the name of Yankee Doodle Dandee, you WON’T be disappointed. If that isn’t appropriate dress for a state senator, I don’t know what is.
Sexy! I think we all know now where Sally Wiggin gets her fashion inspiration.
Now, if you were to ask me “PittGirl, which local celebrities would you pay $100 to see attempt ballroom dancing?” I would say, “Who the hell are you and what are you wearing?” And then I would say in no particular order: Santonio Holmes (so I can make fun of him some more), Myron Cope, Joe Weinroth, Sophie Masloff, the Eat n Park Smiley, and for good measure Captain Jolly Roger.
