Further proof that PittGirl’s readers are as awesome and snarky as she.
I need to confess something, and I’m sure you’ll understand. In fact you may be the only one who will really understand.
I heart David Conrad.
I heart David Conrad with an unreasonable amount of passion and fervor. I heart David Conrad with an absurd amount of dedication. More than my shoes, more than extra chunky peanut butter, more than the dewey decimal system, I heart David Conrad.
I trust you with this deeply personal information because I have a feeling you can relate, but I wonder if I have won the “who is a creepier fan” game. That picture you have posted on your blog of David in Elizabethan garb is from a show called Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead that played at a theatre in NJ. I know, because I went. Multiple times.
I also know that David seems to have some kind of affinity for that particular NJ theatre, because he is doing another show with them this May – Henry V – in which he plays Henry V. I need to pause because I am getting a bit overly warm imagining him leading a group of men into battle.
Okay, I’m back. I am planning on seeing this show (who am I kidding, I’ll probably see it many, many times), and this time I plan to meet and talk to David, come hell or high water. I thought you might want to spread the word to your readers, or alert the proper authorities. Or perhaps you should join me to restrain me from scaring your future best friend too badly. Either way, I’m off to NJ.
PittGirl has a birthday coming up. Guess how she’ll be celebrating it?
