An interview with The World’s Hottest Paleontologist.
I’m pretty sure that’s what the nameplate on his desk says.

I don’t want to make you my enemy, but I think he looks “fug” in this interview. I guess everyone can have a bad day. Kind of ironic, Matt looks fug on a day when Ben is hot.

How dare someone come on the spectacular media outlet known as the PittGal blog and suggest such a thing? That’s like going to church, walking right up to the priest and telling him that there is no God. You’re better than that, Heidi!
As Matt’s official agent (sorry PittGal, but you are still going to have to settle for “unofficial” status), I would like to graciously thank PittGal for her tireless efforts to educate Iron City – and better yet, the world at large – of the greatness that is Dr. Lamanna. This quality individual stands for all that is right with America and the often unappreciated field of paleontology, and he’s also a beacon of hope for youngsters around the globe. As PittGal will tell you, Matt is not just a pretty face; he’s one of this nation’s premier dinosaur experts and a humanitarian, to boot. A true role model and a great American.
As sure as I am sitting here typing this, until they add Matt to Pittsburgh’s 50 Most Beautiful People list, that whole exercise is as pointless as saving up money to buy Pirates World Series tickets.
I’ve said my peace. I believe Heidi owes all of us a formal apology for such a wayward post.
