Hiya, Lukey’s Mom!

I don’t think trying to draw parallels between yourself and William Jefferson Clinton is the best political strategy there is because no matter how you call it, William Jefferson Clinton is really Bill Clinton and try as I might, when I think Bill Clinton, I think Monica Lewinski. This is because that is the most memorable thing about Bill Clinton. This is also why as soon as I hear the name Verne Troyer I think “little naked man sitting on a scooter peeing in the corner.” Can’t help it.

Before you jump on me, let me say that I don’t think drawing parallels between yourself and George Bush Dos would do you any favors either. Remember … NOT A POLITICAL BLOG.

Anyway!

Lukey was invited to speak in Arkansas as part of the Faces of the Future series, where he attracted a crowd of 150.

In addition to drawing Clinton parallels, he mentioned the Burghy blogs that write about him:

“Many of them are interesting in the way they portray what I’m doing,” he said. “Very negative. And my mom, she reads those all the time. … It bothers her more than it bothers me.”

I’d like to think that The Burgh Blog makes light fun of Lukey. I’d like to think I’m more obsessed with the superficial than the political when it concerns Lukey. I’d like to think his mom is reading the Burgh Blog and laughing her ass off.

And my God, I’d like to think she’s drinking with us.

(Thanks, DW)

All this time I thought this was a Neo-Marxist Blog. Boy was I wrong.

Yeah, well, I’d like to think I’m charming after nine rounds of Moving Forward, but we all know that ain’t so.

This is the classic case of using mom and guilt to make ya feel bad Pittgirl. No WAY Lukey’s mom cares whats on this website unless her name is Yarone Zober.

I love Mrs. Ravenstahl. She is a very nice lady and is proud of her sons. She just wants the best for them like any mother would.
