Chills

It takes a lot to give me chills.
Bryan Adams singin’ anything.
A pigeon’s last gasping breath.
David Conrad lookin’ at me.
Chills. I want to find every single one of those screaming lunatics and give them a giant collective jumping up and down for joy hug. That little kid at :37 who was probably up nine hours past his bedtime. Adorable.
Beautiful work, PG/Dan Gigler.

Wow, right after the moment you captured, when everybody starts to cheer, I get tears in my eyes and start giggling like I just took a hit of nitrous oxide. It’s wonderful how sports can bring people together and amazing how they can touch your heart.

Yay, thanks for putting the link up. I knew you’d LOVE it. Strangely, my mom in Philly is the one who sent it to me. You know the Pens love is spreading when my mom is on PG.com daily! :)

Awesome. You know, if it all ends tonight, we should always remember this game and why it at least gave us hope. This team played its collective ass off and went from a young squad intimidated by the first two games to a group of seasoned fighters who, if they lose, simply ran out of time. And it’s just the start, folks.
Oh, and no way it ends tonight. :-)
GO PENS!

A. I so love Journey. Going to see them in July.
B. God bless the parents that took their kids to watch that game. They’re going to remember that for the rest of their lives, whether the Pens win tonight or not. Yeah, the kids probably didn’t go to school the next day, but that’s ok, they’ll live. I’ll never live down the day that I cut school to go to the “Support the Pens” rally (pre Mario buying the team) and then a few of my teachers pointed out that I was on TV when I was supposed to be “sick.”
