Nothing is promised.
I do not want to get my hopes up.
I’m just going to keep praying.
Maybe, if you’re inclined, you do the same.

Knowing the background of the story on this birth, I had to just sit here and cry. That they got to hear those first newborn cries is, itself, such a miracle. Thanks, Ginny, for keeping us updated.

Thank you for posting updates on Bennett. As a mother of three, I count my blessings by the minute. I cannot imagine all the thoughts Kelly must be having these past two days. I pray for God to grace her with more time to spend with Bennett. Those pictures speak a thousand words and it just drove me to tears (at work, nonetheless). my children get extra hugs tonight and every night, that’s for sure.

Still crying…thank you for sharing. I also did some research on Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep, the organization for which the photographer volunteers. What an amazing gift to give to families in such difficult situations.

As a father, the story gives me the shivers, un imaginable how it would feel. I am sending prayers.
( I admire the generosity of photographer although I kinda wish the photographer could have scaled down her .com ad)
